Included are the two-hour Informed WalkThrough with a consultative
conversation on your renovation needs and how to best realize
them, and a binder containing a written scope of work,
cost estimate, and supporting documentation.

Design Concepts Sketches

Sometimes a written scope of work may not be enough. PreModelers
can create CAD-based concept sketches for use by your architect
or designer for further development — or simply to help you visualize
how your new home will look. Work on taking the required field
measurements and developing concept sketches will be billed at
$70 per hour per person. Concept sketches based on the written
scope of work can be emailed in as little as 24 hours if requested
at the walkthrough and prepaid with a credit card.
