Included are the two-hour Informed WalkThrough with a consultative
conversation on your renovation needs and how to best realize
them, and a binder containing a written scope of work,
cost estimate, and supporting documentation.

Design Concepts Sketches

The experts at PreModelers are happy to assess any house or group of houses
inside or outside our service area. Assessments outside our service area,
however, will incur additional trip charges, as follows: Mileage fee plus $70 per
hour of travel per person. Overnight travel is $560 per person per day of travel plus
any airfare, car rental, hotel accommodations and a per person per-diem of $50.
